Can I modify the items on my order?

Once an order is placed, it immediately goes to the warehouse for fulfillment to ensure timely and speedy delivery. This means catching an order to make any changes to the order once placed may not be possible, but we are happy to try!

Please note, we can't always modify the order even if it can be caught and may have to cancel it for you to place a new order with the correct item(s).
