Can I update the address on my order once placed?

Once an order is placed, it immediately goes to the warehouse for fulfillment to ensure timely and speedy delivery. This means catching an order to make any changes to the order once placed may not be possible, but we are happy to try!

Please note, we can't always modify the order even if it can be caught and may have to cancel it instead for you to place a new order with the correct address.

If an address modification is needed, please reach out to us via our contact form right away so we can try to catch your order before processing.

If your order has already shipped, there is no way for us to update the address. You may be able to request a re-route directly with the carrier if you contact them with your tracking number!
