Can I exchange an order I received as a gift?

Absolutely! We do need a little information to find the original order, however.

Ideally, the original order ID will make this easiest to find. If it was shipped directly to you, there should be a packing slip with this information.

If you don't have the order ID, don't worry! We may be able to find it with some information about the purchase, such as:

• First and last name of the person who placed the order
• The email address that may have been used to place the order
• The shipping address for the order
