My order is showing as delivered but I have not received it

- Carriers can sometimes mark orders as delivered prematurely but they typically arrive within 48 hours of this error. You may receive your order soon if you are still within this window!
- Ask your family and/or neighbors about this package. Occasionally packages are laid aside by someone else in the house and then forgotten. In some cases, the carrier leaves it with a neighbor because s/he doesn't want to leave it out in the weather.
- Since it was stated as delivered by the parcel carrier, we recommend the buyer check with the carrier to possibly see if it was postponed upon delivery or held.
